We may update or discontinue offerings at any time.
4) Payments, Plans & Refunds
Payment: You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your card or account for the selected program.
Payment Plans: If you choose a plan, you agree to complete all installments on time. Late or failed payments may pause access until resolved.
Refunds: Unless explicitly stated on the specific sales page, all sales are final due to the personalized nature of our work. If a program includes a specific guarantee, that policy controls.
5) Scheduling & Rescheduling
VIP Day & Coaching Calls: Please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances; if that happens, we’ll offer the next available times.
6) Your Role (Client Responsibilities)
Coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results—during and after our work together. We’ll show up prepared, supportive, and honest; you agree to do the same.
7) No Professional Advice
We’re coaches and educators. We are not an attorney, accountant, therapist, or medical professional. Content and coaching are educational and informational only and not a substitute for professional advice. All business decisions and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the client.
8) Results & Earnings
We don’t guarantee results or income. Your outcomes depend on many factors (skills, market conditions, effort, timing). See our Earnings Disclaimer below for more.
9) Testimonials & Examples
Testimonials are all genuine and reflect individual experiences. They’re shared to inspire and inform—not as guarantees that you’ll achieve the same outcomes.
10) Intellectual Property
All site content, trainings, frameworks, templates, and materials are owned by us and protected by IP laws. You may not share, sell, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
11) Your Content & Recordings
If you submit or say things in sessions, communities, or homework, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to deliver the Services. If we record sessions (live workshops or coaching), we’ll request authorization first and you can opt out of being on the recording where feasible.
12) Community Guidelines
Be kind, respectful, and constructive. We may remove access (without refund) if behavior is abusive, harmful, or violates these Terms.
13) Third-Party Tools
We may link to or use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Stripe). We’re not responsible for their policies or practices—please review their terms.
14) Privacy
We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.
15) Warranties & Liability
The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the offering at issue.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
17) Affiliates & Disclosures
We may use affiliate links and earn commissions at no extra cost to you. We only share tools we believe in.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina (without regard to conflict of law principles). If a dispute arises, we’ll try to resolve it in good faith.
19) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

We love cheering on creative entrepreneurs, and we truly believe in the power of focused strategy, consistent action, and supportive coaching. Still, it’s important to be clear about income expectations:
We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, sales, or income. Your outcomes depend on many variables outside our control, including your skills, effort, timing, market demand, and personal circumstances.
Our workshops, VIP Days, coaching, and materials are for educational and informational purposes. Nothing we share is financial, legal, tax, or mental-health advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions in those areas.
Any case studies, revenue numbers, or testimonials are illustrative. They highlight what’s possible and not what’s promised. You may have different experiences and results.
Clients are responsible for their decisions. We’ll provide coaching, frameworks, and encouragement; you decide how to apply them. By participating, you agree that we are not responsible for your actions, choices, or results. Please do your own research. You are responsible for verifying information, opportunities, and any business decisions you make.
If you have questions about this disclaimer or how it applies to your situation, email us at [email protected]. We’re happy to clarify.
